"We had a series of issues with our central air conditioner and a number of different HVAC companies were brought in and none of them could resolve the problem. Ellis HVAC was recommended to us by a colleague – so we brought [them in]. Jarrod Ellis – the owner, really listened to us, he went over the entire unit, taking measurements and working with the unit's manufacturers to determine what the true problem was that caused the unit to fail time and time again. Jarrod went the extra mile for us! Jarrod was able to convince the manufacturer to replace our unit – as long as we were willing to replace the air conditioning components within the house. On the day of the new installation – Jarrod and his team came to the house, laid out protective plastic in the house – to ensure our cream color carpet remained a cream-colored carpet. I just want to point out that Jarrod's name is his company's name Ellis HVAC – it is his name, his reputation. Look at other HVAC companies – how many of those companies include the owner's name? How many of those companies will the owner be the person working with you and installing for you? How many of those owners stand behind the work they do? "I got a letter yesterday from PSNC, my natural gas supplier. Based on the decreased usage after installing my dual fuel system, my spread-out-over-12-months plan is going from $96/month to $5/month. I'm sure the monthly figure will go up some after I stop paying in so much, but just taking a look at therms I'm using about 75% less gas per month than last year this time. Isn't that amazing?!?
