Ellis HVAC will call you to service your equipment twice a year (spring & fall), before it gets too HOT and before it gets so COLD. This takes the HVAC worry out of your life!
The contract includes 10% off on all parts or equipment needed, if necessary.
Service agreements are recommended but not required for service.
Service agreements include (but are not limited to):
- Test unit(s) in all operating modes
- Check condenser coil
- Test safety controls
- Check electrical controls
- Inspect unit wiring
- Clean condensate drain lines
- Check freon and adjust if necessary
- Check indoor filters
- Consultation of equipment condition with recommendations
